Internet Service Provider is a company that provides internet services. The network available at the ISP consists of a regional network as well as an international network that allows customers to easily connect with the outside world globally. The problem that occurs is that the number of available ISPs certainly has different characteristics both in terms of network quality, bandwidth, service maintenance, connection stability, and the price offered, these problems must certainly drain the mind and create confusion. Because of these problems, it is necessary to research to build a decision support system that can solve the problems described. The results of the research are in the form of a decision support system with the application of the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory method so that it can facilitate the process of selecting internet service providers in terms of different characteristics.
