The Truck Tracking Report process at PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia combines vehicle, departure-time, route, task-status, and distance-related data from a third-party tracking platform. Automating extraction alone does not resolve data-quality problems because retrieved records may still contain duplicates, empty cells, and inconsistent formats. This study implements an unattended Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflow integrated with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL): UiPath orchestrates extraction, Python transforms the data, Google Spreadsheets serves as an intermediary store, and Power BI provides visualization. The system is evaluated through functional tests, a preparation-time comparison, and a PIECES questionnaire completed by 20 respondents. The results show that the workflow handles duplicate and empty data, reduces report-preparation time from approximately 60 to 20 minutes, passes ten designed test scenarios, and receives high user ratings. These findings apply to the dataset, test scenarios, and respondents in the organization studied; dashboard updates are scheduled and are not claimed to be real-time.
