Sistem Informasi Monitoring Terintegrasi Nilai Bacaan dan Hafalan Santri Pasca Mengaji Al-Qur'an Berbasis Web dengan Notifikasi WhatsApp

Madrasah Ma’hadul Qur’an Murtadeje is an educational institution that focuses on Qur’an learning, including the assessment of learning outcomes and monitoring of students' memorization. The process of managing students' grades and memorization, which is still done manually, causes various obstacles, such as delays in data recording, difficulties in summarizing grades and memorization, risk of data loss, and slow delivery of information to the students' guardians. In addition, the guardians experience limitations in monitoring the academic progress and memorization of their children because information is only conveyed at certain times. This condition makes the process of monitoring students' progress less effective and efficient. This research aims to design and build a Web-Based Information System for Monitoring the Scores and Memorization of Students After Quran Study with WhatsApp Notifications to assist in managing score and memorization data and facilitate the delivery of information to students' guardians quickly and in real-time. The system development method used is Waterfall, which consists of stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the system built is capable of managing student data, class data, score data, and memorization data in an integrated manner within a single database. The system can also automatically send WhatsApp notifications to students' guardians regarding the development of scores and memorization. Based on the results of Black Box Testing, all system features operate according to the functional requirements that have been designed. With this system, the data management process becomes more effective and efficient, reducing recording errors, speeding up information delivery, and increasing the involvement of guardians in monitoring the students' learning and memorization progress.
