Abstract

Thanks to the advancements in technology in this digital era, web-based software has become popular and widely used in various aspects of life. To create high-quality and excellent websites, reliable web developers are needed to perform their tasks according to their respective expertise. Web developers themselves can be divided into three types: front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers. The problem encountered is the difficulty of recommending the appropriate type of web developer candidate through manual calculations and analysis of their abilities. Inaccuracies in the calculation process will affect the assessment and recommendation outcomes. Therefore, a research study will be conducted to develop an application that solves the problem of calculating and evaluating web developer candidate types using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method.
